The amount refunded will be less the original shipping charges. Q: What if I'm missing, received the wrong item(s) or have damaged item(s) in my order?
A: If you are missing, received the wrong item(s) or have damaged item(s) in your order, please contact Support at (208) 288-2989 within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request the item(s) ordered or damage item(s). The item(s) ordered or damaged item(s) will be shipped out to you and may include a return label to return the incorrect or damaged item(s) back to Damsel in Defense.

Q: What is the warranty policy?
A: Damsel in Defense provides a lifetime warranty and warrants items to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions (this does not include failures that are a result of accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, weather, outdoor elements, or modification by the customer) and must be accompanied with a copy of the original sales receipt. The Daphne Collection and Safe Hearts line has a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of receiving the item and must be accompanied with a copy of the original sales receipt.

Q: How do I request a replacement item under warranty?
A: To request a replacement item under warranty, contact Support at (208) 288-2989 to begin the warranty process.

If the defective item being returned is within 60 days from the date of receiving the item, the replacement will typically be shipped out within 2-3 business days. A return label may be included with your replacement to return the defective item back to us to the address noted below.

If the defective item being returned is within 61 to 365 days from the date of receiving the item, at your expense, please ship the item(s) along with the Order # to the address below. The item must be received by the Returns Department on or before the 30 calendar days from the date the request for replacement was created or it will no longer be eligible for a replacement. Upon receiving the defective item, a new order will be processed for a replacement. Shipping will be covered by us.

If the defective item being returned is over 365 days from the date of receiving the item, at your expense, please ship the item with a copy of the original sales receipt to the address noted below along with a $10 payment as a processing and return shipping fee. The item must be received by the Returns Department on or before 30 calendar days from the date the request for replacement was created or it will no longer be eligible for a replacement. Upon receiving the defective item and inspected to confirm its defect, a new order will be processed for a replacement. If the condition of the item is deemed to not fall within our warranty policy guidelines, the item will be returned to you.

If the Daphne Collection or Safe Hearts item being returned is within 90 days from the date of receiving the item, we will ship out the replacement and may also include a return label to return the defective item back to us.

Q: Can I cancel an order once its placed?
A: If your order has not been shipped, contact Support at (208) 288-2989 to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, follow the steps noted above in requesting for a refund.
